Helping today’s youth discover their career path is not just our passion, it’s our responsibility.  We enjoy sharing our experiences with young minds and helping them to discover their own path through career exploration at Fort Miller Group.

  • We work with 15+ local school districts and multiple BOCES locations to educate students on careers in the trades. We offer onsite tours, career events, and classroom visits.
  • We offer internships and job shadowing opportunities to both high school and college students. Students can choose from over 140 unique positions among our group of companies.
  • We work with BOCES in many different ways, including supporting the Women in Trades initiative and the New Visions Program.
  • We host over 400 students, teachers, and school administrators annually for tours of our manufacturing facilities.
  • We participate in CTE works and Manufacturing Day at SUNY ADK.
